This activity is not recommended for children under 5 years old and under 1.10m, pregnant women and people with back problems for safety reasons.
Babies are considered from 0 to 1 year old, children from 2 to 10 years old, and adults from 11 years old and above.
Towels are available for rent at check-in upon security deposit.
Due to safety reasons, disembarking in the caves is not allowed.

No, for safety reasons, it is not allowed to swim or disembark inside the sea caves, including the Benagil Cave.

Can I touch or swim with the dolphins?
No. We strictly follow environmental protection guidelines, which prohibit any direct contact with wild dolphins.
